Double carport, Redcliffe
A coastal build where the fixings matter as much as the frame.

Illustrative example. This case study stands in for a confirmed Sunstate job while the real project details and photography are being finalised. It is representative of the work, not a record of a specific build.
What the job needed
A home close enough to the water that corrosion is a design input rather than an afterthought. Hail and sun were the trigger — a garage full of everything except the car is the usual reason a carport gets built.
What we built
A double carport engineered to the span, specified for the coastal exposure. The frame is the obvious part; the fixings and the coating are where a structure near salt air is won or lost, and they are not something a flat-pack lets you choose.
