Alfresco roof and pool surround, North Lakes
Poolside cover on a modern home, matched to the existing render and roofline.

Illustrative example. This case study stands in for a confirmed Sunstate job while the real project details and photography are being finalised. It is representative of the work, not a record of a specific build.
What the job needed
A newer home where the builder’s alfresco stopped short of the pool. The owners wanted the covered area extended without it looking like something added later — which on a modern render-and-steel house is mostly a question of getting the fascia detail and the colour right.
What we built
An insulated roof continuing the existing line, colour-matched, with the posts set clear of the pool coping. Insulated panel for the heat, and because the flat underside suits the look of the house better than exposed purlins.
Council
Moreton Bay Regional Council. Pool-adjacent work brings fencing and clearance requirements into the drawings, so those were resolved before lodgement rather than on site.
