Who we build for
The residential work is what most people know us for. The commercial work is the same capability with a different set of requirements around it — documentation, staging and certification.
Schools and universities
Covered walkways, shade over play areas and assembly spaces, and lunch-area structures built to be walked under by several hundred people a day.
Factories and warehouses
Loading-bay awnings, covered access between buildings, and shade over outdoor plant and staff areas.
Shopping centres and retail
Entry awnings, trolley bays and covered car parking, built to be installed around a site that cannot stop trading.
Playgrounds and public spaces
Shade structures over equipment and seating, engineered and certified for public use.
Sector list pending confirmation.
What you get from us
Built to spec, and certified
Engineering to the span and the site, certification at completion, and the documentation to prove both.
One company, not four
Design, engineering, approval and construction in-house. There is one number to call when something needs deciding on site.
Work around your operation
A school has terms, a centre has trading hours and a factory has shifts. Staging the work around them is part of the quote, not a variation.
A licensed builder
QBCC Licence [00000], and the same warranties as the residential work.
How a commercial job runs
It starts with a site visit and the drawings or the tender documents, whichever exists. We quote against the specification rather than against an assumption, and where the specification leaves something open we say which way we have read it.
From there it is the same sequence as any of our work — engineering, certification, council where it applies, then construction by our own team — with the staging worked around your operating hours.
What we will not do is quote a commercial structure off a photograph and a phone call. Nobody should.
Talk to us about a commercial project
Send through the drawings, the tender documents or a description of the site, and we will come out and look at it.
