Three things they keep saying

No hard sell
“No hard-sell, no 'let me see what's in stock and get it cheaper for you' talk… just a fair price from the beginning.”
Carla Jones
The thing customers mention most is that nobody pushed them onto whatever was easiest to supply.
Custom built
“Everyone wanted to sell me a kit, I did not want a kit… Don't settle for someone who just wants to sell you a kit!!”

We design each structure for the job. Customers who were offered kits elsewhere notice the difference.
The finished result
“The finished carport looks great and has added significant value and functionality to our home.”
Elliott Gillespie
Whether a structure looks like part of the house or something bolted on gets decided at the design stage, before anything is built.
