The payment terms, in full
This is the part we can set out in full today.
A fixed price, in writing, first
We measure the space and quote it. That figure is what you pay. It does not move once work starts, and there are no allowances that get revised later.
A Master Builders contract
Drawn up before anything begins, on the standard industry terms.
A [5–10%] deposit
Paid on signing. We do the check-measure once it comes in, so the drawings match the ground before materials are ordered.
Progressive payments after that
Payments fall due as the work goes up. You never pay for something that has not been built, and you never fund the whole job up front.

What the figure covers
Design, engineering, the council application, construction and certification are all in the price. Nothing gets quoted separately once the job is under way.
On any quote you get, ours included, check whether council approval is inside the number. On ours it is.
What it costs, and what moves the number

If it is the timing of payments that worries you more than the total, call us. The progress payments above already spread the cost across the build, and you may not need third-party finance at all.
